The Global Business Marketing team at Facebook is looking for an experienced strategist and marketer to join the Latam Business Marketing Team as a content strategist working on some of Facebook's most innovative messaging. The successful candidate will have mastery of the written word and its interplay with visual and verbal content. Experience working on product release communications materials is a must. Experience with digital marketing also critical.This role requires the ability to work with global counterparts, country –level marketing leads and local sales teams to ensure that messaging resonates in-market.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across a broad range of topics and cross-functional teams are essential.Excellent marketing, writing, and cross-functional coordination skills are critical to success in this position.


Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

Work with the Facebook Product Communication and Product Marketing teams to understand new advertising offerings and create compelling localized messaging and materials about those solution releases for multiple audiences (Facebook sales team, clients, etc.)
Work with Facebook’s sales leadership to understand their needs and support their teams with taking Facebook’s POV and offering to market
Create inspiring content that shifts long-held perspectives at the highest levels of digital marketing leadership
Build concise and meaningful stories out of complex information to achieve specific objectives
Work closely with experienced marketers to help them articulate internally and externally the ways Facebook can maximize the value it provides to its customers industries


Requisitos

10+ years experience in content strategy, Marketing Communications, strategy consulting, public relations, speechwriting, or a related field
Experience in managing people
A passion for the truth well-told
Ability to synthesize complex product features and client needs into simple, powerful stories
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote
