Facebook is seeking an experienced Sourcer to develop, drive and execute staffing strategies that support a booming organization. This role will work with a small team of recruiters with the objective of mapping the market and identifying candidates for strategic areas of our company. We’re looking for dynamic people that get excited by big questions and hard problems. The Sourcer will develop to be an expert of Facebook business and it's organization, being able to truly identify candidates that would de able to play a key part of our company mission. This role is a unique opportunity to have big impact on the company by helping to evolve our growth strategies.


Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

Work alongside Recruiters on understanding Hiring Partner expectations, definition of skill sets and recruitment strategy for very specific roles
Develop knowledge of very different teams and its needs
build strategic relationships to work under tight timelines generating pipeline of candidates Identify potential candidates through proactive web sourcing, networking, internal ATS, internal referrals, events
Act as a strong partner for different teams with the objective of meeting overall recruiting goals


Requisitos

Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
Preference for 4+ years sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain strong relationships with business partners and candidates
Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent
Experience building and executing sourcing plans
Proven track record of delivering hiring result and ability to communicate and qualify their metric
Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi task
Advanced in Portuguese and English
Spanish is a plus
