The People Operations team is looking for a Head of People Operations in the Latam region. This will be a unique, challenging, and exciting role for an experienced HR professional that is up for the challenge and the opportunity to scale the shared services team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing People operations processes across LATAM, backoffice operations vendor management, and growing the People Services team in this region. This highly visible role partner with the HR Business Partners, as well as Comp and the HR Technology team, to lead improvements and act as a key stakeholder across HR processes, systems, data integrity and HR strategic projects.

Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of global processes from People Operations team as well as LATAM specific processes. Partner closely with the People Services leads globally and LATAM HR Business Partners to deliver scalable processes and an exceptional support experience to employees
- Lead global outsourcing efforts and day-to-day vendor management of key backoffice shared services areas: New Hire Administration, Separations, Learning Administration, Global Mobility and Relocation, and Benefits Administration
- Leverage a deep understanding of LATAM employment regulations and implementation and/or the ability to learn quickly and partner w/the local HR team to ensure smooth transition of responsibilities
- Lead team in managing the ongoing improvements for global HR processes, such as terminations, transfers, performance management, and systems
- Provide support and leadership in issue resolution on employee data issues. Lead team in administering day-to-day transactions in Workday including job changes, conversions, salary changers, transfers, and new hire setup ensuring 100% data integrity for people data
- Lead efforts around LATAM reporting needs partnering with People Analytics team on People Dashboard development for LATAM region
- Implement processes to ensure data integrity controls are in place and manage ongoing processes to ensure data dependencies are managed effectively. Ensures processes in place to support 100% data accuracy
- Partner with HR Technology team as a virtual team member providing input on workflows, audits, reporting, special requests, and new requirements
- Manage, coach, and grow a staff of 2-3 direct reports, as well as help drive their strong cross-functional relationships
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for common employee data administration tasks
- Improve processes and drive requirements for additional Workday improvements to eliminate manual processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization and particularly strong in the ability to impact and influence partners to achieve results


Requisitos

5+ years of People Management experience including building, leading, and evolving high performing teams
7+ years of experience in either HR, IT, Finance. HR experience and/or Shared Services is highly preferred
5+ years of experience in leading process improvement projects and developing and maintaining desktop processes for standardized processes
Previous experience working with HR systems as an HRIS analyst or administrator. Workday experience as a workday administrator and/or HRIS analyst is desired
Demonstrated ability to work professionally and discreetly with extremely confidential information
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong data analysis acumen is preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) (Excel ability to create macros, pivot tables, vlookups, analytical capabilities and work books)
Bachelors Degree OR High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of experience
Proficiency with MS Visio
Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal), and cross group collaboration skills required
Ability to effectively influence, communicate, and present at all levels of the organization
Ability to deal with ambiguity at all times
needs to understand and react quickly to changing priorities even when not all the information is available
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, with minimal supervision
Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple projects
