As Facebook grows, tailoring our solutions to the unique needs of our partners is critical. The Global Vertical Strategy team sets the global vision, defines strategic priorities, guides product development, crafts positioning, & develops go-to-market strategies across ten vertical advertiser segments. As the Head of LATAM Consumer Goods Strategy you’ll focus on regionalizing our global consumer goods strategy in the Latin American region. This position is full-time and located in our Sao Paulo office.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Heads of CPG Strategy in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe & the Middle East in developing a global plan for growing Facebook’s business with CPG companies
- Partner with LATAM leadership on localizing the global strategy, and prioritizing markets, sub-verticals and accounts within the region
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Monetization Analytics, Monetization Finance, and Product Marketing teams in LATAM to execute & optimize the regional strategy
- Lead in-depth strategy projects focused on accelerating growth
- Partner with Marketing & PR to increase demand for Facebook’s solutions by presenting at industry events and generating coverage in key industry media outlets
- Deliver Facebook’s point of view on the consumer goods industry in high level client meetings
Identify vertical best practices and scale them throughout Facebook’s LATAM operations


Requisitos

10+ years strategy, consulting, general management, or marketing experience (with at least 5 years working directly with the Consumer Goods industry in Latin America.)
Bachelor’s degree required
advanced degree preferred
Deep understanding of how digital strategies are impacting global consumer goods companies and their retail partners
Experience developing strategic plans rooted in analysis of industries, customer segments, competitive landscapes
Strong leadership skills including an ability to persuade other senior leaders & cross-functional team who don’t report to you
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into business strategies
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Avid user of Facebook
Fluent in English
