Facebook is seeking a community-building expert to help lead and grow our Community team. This person should be passionate about supporting and engaging with the Facebook community, and able to manage a team of community managers while providing direct community management and support for their own market too. This is a multi-faceted position and an opportunity to be part of a growing team. This is a full time position based in our Dublin headquarters.


Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on operational goals by providing superb 1:1 support, and enabling deeper, more scalable solutions
Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions
Align with the Menlo Park community team to help manage and grow the Facebook Help Community across multiple markets, and lead moderation efforts for your market's community
Support, educate, and build relationships the people who use Facebook
Drive projects and strategies to ensure overall forum health, and that peoples’ questions and feedback receive high-quality, timely answers
Explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language using Facebook’s voice
Create and manage a program to help engage and highlight top community contributors
Leverage data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and improve Facebook’s product and support experiences


Requisitos

Fluent in written and conversational Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German
Fluency in one or more other languages a plus
4+ years of experience in community management, customer advocacy, or marketing communications, 1+ year of direct people management experience
Experience with and passion for building communities
Deep understanding of Facebook with a passion for improving people’s experience on the site
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be interacting with and responding to people who use Facebook on multiple platforms and across a wide variety of products and experiences
Comfortable acting in the public sphere and cultivating community advocates
Experience defining and tracking metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of your contributions to the community
