The Gravity4 Brazil Client Services team is looking for an Account Analyst in our Sao Paolo office. This Account Analyst will work with a growing team in São Paulo to execute client advertising plans, from overseeing technical implementations, to campaign optimization using Gravity4 platform, to analyzing data and sharing insights with clients in both Portuguese and English.

We are looking for a proven industry Account Analyst who is a driven, highly motivated, energetic, passionate, rock star that also know how to have fun! Independent, organized, and self-motivated, with a positive "can do" attitude, strong attention to detail, great follow-through, and effective time management skills. A self-starter that understands client and company goals and the best way to achieve them.

Responsibilities:

Support local and international accounts with campaign operations and optimization, reporting, and analytics
Serve as a point-of-contact for Brazilian clients, including technical integration, campaign operations and optimization, reporting and analytics, and relationship management
Combine data and client feedback to turn business objectives into actionable, measurable advertising solutions by analyzing revenue, CTR, conversion rates and additional metrics that are important to Gravity4’s partners
Communicate and manage clients expectations around campaigns results
Serve as a first point-of-contact for troubleshooting technical campaign issues
Dive into campaign analytics to develop insights for clients to improve campaign performance
Contribute to the development of procedures, internal practices and standards for the Brazilian entity.


Requisitos

Fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English
Based in São Paulo
Mastery of data; able to draw insights from large data sets with Excel and other analytics tools
1-3 years of ad operations or account management experience
1-3 years experience with proactive client relationship management. This is not a reactive support role, nor is it an operations role. You’ll be held accountable for further developing Gravity4s highest-value client relationships in Brazil.
Hungry self-starter with a relentless work ethic who doesn't want or need to be micromanaged
Fantastic communication skills, both written and oral
Immediately comfortable with complex online interfaces
College degree with relevant work experience
Someone who is up to do anything to help grow Gravity4 Brazil!
Knowledge of Ruby, HTML, JSON, Hive are a plus.
