Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

As our Talent Acquisition Manager for our Brasil territory, you'll lead our talent acquisition function.
- You will work to understand gaps in our internal talent and create and sustain effective strategies to identify, source, assess, and hire best in class talent to bridge those gaps.
- You will be the catalyst in helping NIKE to *field the best team.-
- You'll be an expert on NIKE’s recruitment processes and help to build our employment brand.
- You’ll manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking and Contact Management systems - using data and analytics to improve our recruitment spend.
- You'll lead the process of developing and executing recruiting strategies across NIKE’s functional areas - leveraging external partners as appropriate.
- You’ll develop and maintain strategies to pipeline talent in critical functions - so when the need arises, the talent is ready.
- You'll develop strong partnerships with the business that will enable you to have consultative discussions with hiring managers and the executive team on marketplace realities and associated talent implications.
- You will lead, coach, drive and inspire a small (but mighty) team of recruiters to execute strategy for the territory.
You’ll leverage your global and regional partners to optimize NIKE’s resources - negotiating and implementing vendor solutions, scoping and building collegiate programs, and sharing NIKE’s employment value proposition


Requisitos

Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline, or an additional 2 years' business experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in a full cycle recruiting role in a global organization or search firm
- Experience leading a team
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills (both Portuguese and English), including the ability and judgment to tactfully push back when needed
- Strong competency in cold calling, networking, innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional areas.
- Strong working knowledge of acquisition practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Awareness of and sensitivity to influence and work successfully with diverse groups of people and leaders
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills
- Experience building employment brands (strategy, implementation), collegiate programs, and RPO/vendor managementHigh degree of independent decision-making and problem-solving capability
- Fluent in English
