About the position

- Responsible for Systems and Operational design to provide information and direction for Sales - will be the lead to design sales commission, sales tools/applications implementation, Sales reporting, B2B, as well as tests and execution.

- Performs activities to administer and support the sales force.

- Prepares sales reports and recaps of shipments, bookings, backlogs, and related activities - May also be accountable for such services as territory alignment, sales activity reporting and analysis, budget preparation/monitoring, field communications, sales tools, etc.

- Ensures customer planning tools continuously evolve to reflect internal and external best practices.

- Manages the sales operations function for a given geography, group, or product line.

- Drives continuous project and process improvement efforts within the function by working across all interfacing organizations.

- Applies advanced functional and business understanding and problem solving skills to create a positive impact on the business.

- Directs assigned project work to completion, keeping focus on work which will be applicable and impact future sales efforts. Ensures projects meet deadlines.


Requisitos

- Minimum of 5 or 6 years directly relevant work experience, preferably in retail market.

- Experience running Sales Operations in large international consumer products companies.

- Must possess a strong client focused approach to work with an ability to relate to key functional and category leaders in an assertive and professional manner.

- Confident handling difficult scenarios or internal client dissatisfaction.

- Must have proven ability to negotiate with other departments and resolve conflicts.

- Effective project and resource management experience with proactive, advanced problem solving approach to team-specific and company wide issues.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, including ability to make persuasive presentations to senior management.
