The Global Business Finance (GBF) team has as its Mission to Drive business results through financial insight, by providing relevant, reliable and timely information through efficient global processes, while protecting shareholder value.

The LAD Business Operations team is focused on supporting the LAD Executive VP’s with all kind of relevant analysis (Sales Forecast, Performance, Productivity, Potential, etc) for decision making.

• Expect to receive BS in Engineering or Economics or Business Administration within 12 to 24 months (Engineering is preferred)

• Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Business Intelligence Tools (Oracle Tools are Preferred) is imperative

• Able to design and manage reports and Dashboards on BI Analytics Tools

• Proficiency with Pivot Tables and Formulas in Excel is imperative

• Ability to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data to create useful information and concise analysis as well as metrics measurements

• High attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Quickly absorbs and adapts to change

• Fluent in English

• Fluency in Spanish a plus
