- Provide the MD with the insights and knowledge needed to drive decisions and define strategy for the region
- Ensure that local inputs are taken into account when defining our global functional strategies
- Ensure communication and alignment between all functions
- Track periodic performance of market KPIs
- Ensure that global function initiatives are implemented correctly at local level
- Maintain key relationships with stakeholders in the market (telco, media partners etc)
- Evaluate market opportunities that may arise
- Make things happen across the region across functions and markets
- Passion and deep understanding of the technology and music spaces
- 5-7 years experience in an early and growth stage company or top-tier management consultancy
- MBA preferred, but not necessary
- Generalist skill-set that is equally comfortable analyzing data, coordinating an event, speaking to clients, or negotiating a deal
- Proven results demonstrating thought leadership and business judgment, and presenting rigorous analysis and insights with simplicity, clarity, and confidence
- Proven ability to autonomously execute on plans
- Rapid and effective decision making skills
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and businesses quickly, and to produce quality work in short time-frames
- Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, data analysis and modeling
- Experience working with a global team
- Genuine, confident, flexible, and fun attitude
- Spanish fluency required; Portuguese fluency a plus
- Thrive on working in a constantly-changing but always-exciting environment!
