Sales development:
- Deliver quarterly revenue targets with a portfolio of tier 1 clients.
- Work with sales team to ensure understanding of sales narratives and collect feedback on how to improve the story.
- Ensure sales narratives are consistent with the global story, but are adapted to be culturally relevant.
- Ability to develop creative solutions on high-value deals and present at client meetings
- Lead branded experience slate programs, managing regionalisation of collateral, rollout to sales team and support with pitching to clients
B2B initiatives:
- Identify research and data essential to telling our Spotify story and deliver packaged insights that are educational and compelling to our clients
- Develop a robust Agency program, based on leveraging our media assets as well as our tech & creative capabilities.
- Accelerate existing event frameworks being used in other markets, develop and execute culturally relevant activations that educate, inspire and create evangelists within brands and agencies
- BA or equivalent required,
- 8+ years experience in digital media environment, in either sales or B2B marketing role - ideally both
- Deep understanding of the media landscape
- Ability to work both autonomously, as part of a small, nimble team and cross-functionally with different departments both locally and internationally
- Ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking, and demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills is essential
- Strong in verbal and written communication in English.
- Great problem solving and negotiating skills
