Responsabilidades da Oportunidade

- Partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to identify gaps in knowledge, frame relevant research questions and develop market specific knowledge about user growth and engagement
- Conduct primary fieldwork to understand people (users and non users), their behaviors, perceptions and use cases, and market opportunities that would enhance their understanding, adoption and use of Twitter
- Synthesize and integrate multiple data streams, including analytics, survey data, and user research, to deliver market insights that lead to a deeper understanding of users and their social and cultural contexts
- Bring markets and users to life in inspiring and compelling ways, e.g. storytelling and highly visual presentations


- BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field
- 3+ years conducting user research and/or market research is preferred - with an excellent command of both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Demonstrated understanding of the Brazilian market
- Familiarity conducting hands on international research
- Methodologies may include ethnographic field research, in-depth interviews and contextual inquiry
- Experience working directly with Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Frequent travel with extended stays in market
